MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 c. shredded cheese
Ripe olives

CRUST:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. oil
2 to 2 1/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt, egg, oil and 1 cup flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, knead until smooth, about 3 minutes (dough will be soft). Cover and let rest 15 minutes. Grease 12 inch pan. Roll dough on pan.

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake crust 5 minutes. Cook and stir ground beef mix in package of taco seasoning and cup of water. Cook until water evaporates. Spread beans to edge of crust. Put on meat, cheese and olives. Bake 10 minutes.
