RAINBOW DESSERT 
1 pt. whipped cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
18 lg. macaroons
1 c. nutmeats
3 pts. sherbet

Whip cream (not too hard). Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in nuts and cookies broken in pieces. Use 1/2 of this for bottom of pan. Add sherbet and top with remaining cookie mixture. Freeze.
