STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
8 bell peppers
1 lg. onion, chopped sm.
1 c. oatmeal
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine ingredients except peppers, cheese and oil. Remove membrane from peppers, fill with meat filling, place in pan, pour oil in pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
