1 c. sour cream (or yogurt or light cream)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 env. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
10 oz. chopped spinach, well drained
8 oz. chopped water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped red pepper (optional)
2 chopped green peppers

Blend sour cream, mayonnaise and soup mix. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with crackers.
