BAKED CUSTARD 
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. milk
Nutmeg to taste

Beat sugar, honey, eggs, salt and vanilla together. Scald milk; add to egg mixture gradually. Strain; pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard cups in pan containing warm water. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
