BAKED CUSTARD 
1/2 milk
1/2 med. fat meat

Est. Nutrients per serving: Cal. 83, Carbo. 8 gr., Pro 6 gr., Fat 3 gr., Salt, 169, Pot. 171.

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Combine eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Slowly stir in milk and vanilla. Set 6 (5 ounce) custard cups in shallow pan. Pour hot water in pan to level of 1 inch. Pour custard into cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean.
