BAKED CUSTARD | |
3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 2 c. hot milk 1 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs, sugar and salt. Add milk slowly and mix well. Add flavoring. Pour into 4 custard cups, set in a shallow pan of water (about 1 inch). Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean. Let cool on rack, then chill. |
