LEMON NUT BREAD 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

GLAZE:

2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Pour glaze over bread. Allow to cool in pan.
