CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. bell pepper, chopped 1 sm. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 slices American cheese 6 sm. potatoes (sliced thinly) Brown ground beef, drain, then saute onions and bell pepper. Slice potatoes thinly enough to see through. Place ground beef mixture in casserole dish, then place thinly sliced potatoes; top with cheese slices and pour cream of mushroom soup on top. Then cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. |
