CHEESEBURGER BAKE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. sliced or 1 c. shredded cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Combine ground beef and flour in skillet. Add onion and brown. Pour off drippings. Add tomato sauce, catsup, salt and pepper. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees before topping with cheese.

Then top with cheese, put biscuits on top (separate flaky biscuits in half). Bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown. Yield 6-8 servings.
