CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
3 or 4 med. potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can Niblet corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper. Slice potatoes and boil until tender. Drain and set aside. In casserole dish, layer 1/2 ground beef mixture, corn, potatoes, cheese and mushroom soup. Repeat. Bake until cheese melts and casserole bubbles around edges.
