CHEESE NUGUT 
2 eggs
1/2 c. Swiss grated cheese
4 slices fresh white bread (serves 4 people)
Vegetable oil

Beat eggs in a bowl and slowly add the Swiss grated cheese while continuing to stir. Stir until the cheese has absorbed all of the eggs. The consistency of the mixture should resemble a cheese spread which will not run off bread when the mixture is applied. If the mixture is too liquid, add more Swiss grated cheese to obtain the correct consistency.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. With a large spoon, apply an adequate amount of cheese - egg mixture over a slice of white bread to cover the entire top of the bread. Place this slice of bread cheese face down into the heated vegetable oil and bake until golden brown and remove from frying pan and serve. Only the cheese side of the bread is baked.
