MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cold water
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all above ingredients. Take about 1 teaspoonful and roll into balls. Put on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Take hot cookies and roll in powdered sugar as soon as you take out of oven. Let cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar again.
