PEACH JAM (DIABETIC RECIPE) | |
4 large peaches 4 pkg. Equal 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin 1 c. water 1/4 tsp. salt Cut up 4 large peaches, half into small pieces and mash the other half. Put into a small pan with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and boil one minute. Cool. Then stir in 4 packets Equal. In another pan, heat 1/2 cup water to boiling and stir in one package unflavored gelatin. Stir well. Add 1/4 tsp. salt and stir until dissolved. Pour gelatin mixture over fruit mixture and stir. Pour into jars and refrigerate. Sets in one hour. |
