BAKED EGGS 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)
Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a square Pyrex dish.

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl. In medium bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Slowly add dry ingredients and beat together. Pour batter over melted butter. Sprinkle nutmeg over batter, if desired. Cook 22-30 minutes. Best when served with hot syrup. Yield: 2-4 servings.
