THE SWEDE'S SUNDAY SCRAMBLED EGGS | |
8 - 10 lg. eggs 1/4 c. milk 4 slices deli-sliced ham (or 1 c. diced ham in sm. pieces) 3 sandwich sized slices of deli-sliced Swiss cheese 2 slices American cheese (or 1/4 c. grated cheddar) 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 - 1/2 tsp. sweet basil Salt and pepper to taste Beat eggs and add milk. Mix together. Pour eggs into a well-buttered fry pan (medium heat). Add other ingredients to eggs. Keep eggs moving until done. Serve hot. It is best to have all of the ingredients ready before putting eggs in the hot pan. |
