APPLE CRUNCH PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
6 apples, peeled and sliced thin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts (walnut or pecans)

Fill pie shell with sliced apples. Mix sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and sprinkle over apples. Melt butter and blend with brown sugar and flour. Spread over apples. Cover with crust. (Use an unbaked pie shell - optional). Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until apples are soft.
