CRUNCH APPLE PIE 
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg white, beaten until foamy
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Put chopped apples in large bowl; add sugar, flour, and egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice, and pecans. Mix well; add egg white. Stir well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until apples are tender and brown.
