LULU'S MARINATED BONELESS
BREASTS
 
Boneless chicken breasts
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine

Combine juice from tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients and marinate chicken for several hours. (Chop tomatoes and reserve for sauce.)

SAUCE: Mix marinate and tomatoes and cook for pasta sauce. Cook pasta and toss in sauce. Grill or broil chicken.
