PECAN CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/4 c. finely cut celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. chopped tarragon
Salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place chicken, celery and pecans in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add tarragon leaves and mix all together. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, mix together once more. Spoon into tartlette shells or stuff into puffs.
