BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and pour into jelly roll pan, greased lightly and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

3 oz. softened cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese and butter until stiff. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
