LOLA'S GREAT MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni pasta, cooked
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook the macaroni until done as usual. DO NOT overcook. Drain macaroni in strainer.

Place macaroni, butter, salt, pepper, milk, Mozzarella cheese and three cups of cheddar cheese in casserole dish. Mix eggs in a bowl first the stir into mixture.

Cover dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Uncover and add remaining cup of cheddar cheese across the top. Bake, uncovered, for another 15 minutes.
