1/2 of a (1 lb.) pkg. Rotini 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, flaked (optional) 2 c. thin sliced cucumbers 1 lg. tomato, seeded & chopped 1/2 c. celery, sliced 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. green onions, sliced 1 c. bottled Italian dressing 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Prepare Rotini according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine rotini, tuna (optional), cucumbers, tomato, celery, green pepper and onions. In a small bowl, blend together Italian dressing, mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings. Add to salad mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill. Toss gently before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
