PISTACHIO FRUIT PUDDING 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 sm. pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix

Drain in a colander the oranges and peaches. In a large bowl, place the oranges, peaches and undrained pineapple. Mix with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle dry pudding over fruit, stir gently until pudding is moistened. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
