PISTACHIO TORTE 
1ST LAYER:

50 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter

Combine and press on bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

2 pkgs. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat 2 minutes. Add 1 quart vanilla ice cream. Spread over crust.

3RD LAYER:

Cool Whip

Spread over top.

Sprinkle sliced almonds and semi-sweet chocolate shavings over top. Refrigerate.
