PISTACHIO TORT | |
45 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter, melted 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, cut into chunks & slightly softened 3 frozen Heath bars, crushed Mix crackers and butter and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan and chill. Beat pudding and milk until blended. Add 1 quart vanilla ice cream, cut into chunks and slightly softened. Pour over crust and let set for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Crush 3 frozen Heath bars, sprinkle on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. |
