PISTACHIO COCONUT TORTE 
50 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Mix and line 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

FILLING:

Mix: 1 1/2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Mix about 2 minutes. Pour mixture into cooled crust and let stand for 15 minutes. Cover with a layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut over entire top. Chill and serve.

NOTE: Can put chipped up Heath Bars on top for extra flavor.
