BLENDER PEACH BUTTER 
About 6 (8 oz.) jars and caps
6 lbs. peaches
2 c. sugar (about 1 lb.)
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Peel, remove seeds, and quarter peaches. In covered blender at high speed, blend peaches 1/3 at a time until smooth. In 7 quart saucepan, heat peaches with remaining ingredients to boiling. Boil 20 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; ladle mixture into jars, leaving 1/8 inch space from top. Adjust caps. Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes. Makes about 6 (8 ounce) jars.
