LOUISIANA MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground pork
1 sm. onion
2 cloves garlic
1 c. green onion tops
1 tsp. salt & 1 tsp. pepper
1/4 loaf of French bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 stalk celery
1 tsp. parsley
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Grind all seasonings and bread in grinding mill. Mix seasonings and other ingredients in large bowl. Shape into balls, roll in flour and brown in oil.
