MEAT BALLS & SAUCE 
Salt pork (small amount)
1 lg. pkg. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, cut up
3 eggs
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
Oregano
2 cans Hunts tomato sauce
2 cans Hunts tomato paste
2 cans (paste cans) water

Brown salt pork. Add garlic, remove from burner when garlic is brown. Mix garlic, onion, hamburger, 3 eggs and bread crumbs. Form meat balls, brown in salt pork pan. Remove meat balls and drain fat.

Mix tomato sauce, paste and water. Mix thoroughly with grated cheese and oregano. Add meat balls - simmer on low. Mix occasionally, not to break meat balls. Double recipe if you'd like.
