PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Boil sugar, syrup and water until it spins a thread. Add peanuts. Cook until lightly brown (300 degrees). Add butter, vanilla, salt and soda. Pour out on greased pan or foil. Cool and break into pieces.
