POTATO PLUM DUMPLINGS 
4 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. Farina
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well. Add flour until thick enough to handle. Flour hands and use large spoon of batter to wrap around Italian plums. Boil in salted water for 12 minutes. Serve with melted butter and sugar.
