POTATO DUMPLINGS | |
3 c. mashed potatoes, cooled 2 lg. or 3 sm. eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cream of wheat 1 c. flour Mix all dry ingredients, add beaten eggs. Knead together and roll adding more flour so that mixture is stiff. Cut into two pieces and roll into lengths of desired thickness for dumplings to be cut in pieces. Drop pieces into boiling water and cook 20 minutes or until done. |
