POTATO DUMPLINGS 
Cook potatoes (approx. 2 lbs.) cool then peel
4 slices of bread in water and squeeze out
1 sm. onion
Parsley
2 eggs
Thyme
Paprika

Grind up ingredients (piece of dry bread to take out all left in grinder). Add cup of flour and mix well. Add salt. Roll out and cut to appropriate size. Boil salt water; add dumplings. When they float to top, remove. Add browned onions (if desired).
