ESKIMO COOKIES 
120 ml = 1/2 c. butter
60 ml = 1/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
240 ml = 1 c. sugar
700 ml = 2 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. oatmeal
2.5 ml = 1/2 tsp. vanilla
15 ml to 60 ml = 1 tbsp. to 4 tbsp. water (if needed)

Form in balls. Place in flat container and refrigerate until firm. This is a good one for kids to do.

240 ml = 1 cup

120 ml = 1/2 cup

60 ml = 1/4 cup

30 ml = 1/8 cup

15 ml = 1 tablespoon

5 ml = 1 teaspoon

2.5 ml = 1/2 teaspoon

1.25 ml = 1/4 teaspoon
