MINTS 
1 egg white, unbeaten
1/2 c. cold water
2 lbs. powdered sugar
Food coloring
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2-3/4 tsp. flavoring

Mix the ingredients. Knead them to make a smooth dough. Dip the mint molds into granulated sugar. Press the dough into the molds. Snap out the mints. Makes about 200.
