BEEF LOG 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. salad olives, cut up
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. horseradish

Stir cream cheese until soft. Soften with a little olive juice. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into log. Chill 1 hour. Cover log with 1/2 jar chopped dried beef. Serve with Ritz or Townhouse crackers.
