1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 beaten egg
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix bread crumbs and milk, then other ingredients together; shape into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
