HOMEMADE MACARONI AND CHEESE 
6 oz. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 oz. med. sharp cheese
8 oz. sharp cheese
6 oz. monterey jack cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain and set aside. Grate cheeses together. Scald milk, butter, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and immediately remove from heat. Mix macaroni, cheeses and milk mixture together. Save 1/2 cup of cheese mixture to put on top.

Bake at 350 for 20 min. or until lightly browned.
