Wash 1/2 chicken and put in oven and let water drain off into pan. Remove from oven and pour 1/4 cup vinegar over the chicken to tenderizer it. Put back in oven for 15 minutes.

1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle catsup
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
2 sticks butter
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt to taste

Pour over chicken. Let cook until done in 350 degree oven.
