BARBEQUE CHICKEN 
1 chicken fryer, prepared, cut up, salted and floured
1 can tomato juice
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 block of butter
1/2 bottle catsup

Mix all ingredients together and sweeten to taste. Place chicken in baking dish and cover with sauce as prepared above. Cook in slow to moderate oven (350-375 degrees) - (ovens vary) - until done about 2 hours.
