BELGIUM STEW 
6 whole potatoes
2 onions
1 lb. ground meat, uncooked
1 lg. can or 1 qt. tomatoes
Parsley
Basil
Salt
Pepper

Put a small amount of tomatoes in bottom of a baking dish. Slice potatoes and chop onions. Layer in baking dish using half of ground meat in between. Top with balance of ground meat. Put tomatoes over top. Season with salt, pepper, parsley and small amount of basil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
