BELGIUM SALAD 
2 cans French cut green beans, drained
2 cans white shoe peg corn, drained
2 cans party peas, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1 lg. jar chopped pimiento, drained

Mix and bring to boil 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight. This will keep in refrigerator for several days.
