MONKEY CAKE 
4 can biscuits (refrigerated, not buttermilk)
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter
Nuts or raisins (optional)

Cut 2 cans biscuits in quarters. Shake in bag of 2/3 cups sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place in layers in tube pan.

Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 sticks butter to boil. Spoon half of it over layer of biscuits. Add raisins or nuts. Repeat with other 2 cans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn out of pan immediately.
