MONKEY CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 cans plain refrigerator biscuits
Raisins or nuts (optional)

In a plastic bag, put 3/4 cup of sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Cut up 4 cans of biscuits, making 4 pieces of each biscuit. Drop into bag, shake to coat pieces with mixture. Put in greased bundt pan, sprinkling nut or raisins between layers.

SYRUP:

1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter

Bring syrup ingredients to a rapid boil, stirring constantly.

Pour over biscuits. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan immediately. (This is a recipe I've used at school and really is a great breakfast recipe or a recipe to keep kids busy on a snowy day.)
