FRUIT SALAD 
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (16 oz.) peaches, sliced, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. sliced bananas
2 med. apples
3 3/4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. milk
1/2 of a 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 c. dairy sour cream

Beat dry pudding, milk and orange juice concentrate until blended on low speed. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture. Chill and serve.
