CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 lb. box brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 qts. popcorn
1 c. peanuts

In 2 quart dish lace brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, water and salt. Microwave at High 15 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes. Then add 2 teaspoons baking soda. Pour over popcorn and peanuts. Then toss well. Spread on foil to cool or form into balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
