ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 c. boiling liquid, use drained pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream or sour cream

Fix the first 4 ingredients and gel. Prepare last 4 ingredients and mix just before you serve. Serve the topping over the Jello mixture.
