APRICOT NUT BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1 c. chopped nutmeats

Mix dry ingredients well. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on rack. (Makes one loaf.)
