ORANGE-CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peach sliced, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, cored and chopped
1 (3 1/2 or 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 of a 6 oz. (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Lettuce cups

In large bowl combine pineapple chunks, peaches, orange sections, bananas, and apples; set aside. In small bowl combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat with rotary beater 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended. Beat in sour cream. Fold into the fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Serve the salad in lettuce cups or individual serving plates. Makes 10 servings.
